BILL JACK

Bill Jack co-founded Worldview Academy in 1996, a non-denominational leadership camp ministry focusing on Christian worldview and apologetics for middle school and high school students. Bill is an educator and national speaker with ten years experience in public schools and 14 years with The Caleb Campaign, a creationist youth ministry. Bill has appeared on numerous national radio and television programs and is the producer of many apologetic and worldview training DVDs, and online classes at WorldviewPublishing.com. As a founder of Worldview Academy he continues to pursue his passion to raise up a generation who have the vision to reach their culture with the gospel, pursue liberty, and who have the valor to engage that culture with the truth of the Word of God.

JEFF BALDWIN

Jeff Baldwin co-founded Worldview Academy in 1996, a non-denominational leadership camp ministry focusing on Christian worldview and apologetics for middle school and high school students. He served as the humanities chair for Providence Classical School in Spring, Texas as well as headmaster at Steadfast Christian Classical School in Colorado. Jeff was the creative editor for Understanding the Times by David A. Noebel, and co-authored the Understanding the Times curriculum. He is the author of numerous books including The Deadliest Monster and The Twelve Trademarks of Great Literature. In 2025 Jeff completed writing a six-volume chronological study of the great books from a biblical perspective, and has spearheaded the video series “The Great Books Educator Series” on WorldviewPublishing.com. Jeff’s articles have appeared in World, Teachers in Focus, and New Attitude, and have been broadcast on Charles Colson’s radio program, Breakpoint. Jeff and his wife Linda live in Colorado.

MICAH GIBSON

Micah Gibson has been involved with Worldview Academy since 2005 as a student, Discipleship Staff member, and guest member of the Faculty of Theology. He graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee in 2012 with a bachelor's of arts in history, and has taught at middle school and high school levels in classical schools. Micah served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 2014 to 2019, and currently serves as faculty & Dean of Students at the Worldview Crux program in Cañon City, Colorado.

NATHAN PEGORS, M.A. 

Nathan Pegors has served with Worldview Academy since 2006 as a college staffer, staff director, and faculty member. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from LeTourneau University, Nathan spent a year as an English Language Teacher in Russia. After his return, he spent 8 years teaching math and science in a Classical Christian school in Saint Louis, MO. He has also completed a M.A. in the Humanities from Faulkner University. Nathan is a national & international speaker on Christian Worldview and identity from a Christian perspective, and he has been teaching with Worldview Crux since 2015. Nathan, his wife Heather and two daughters live in Colorado.

AUGUST HUCKABEE, M.B.A.

August Huckabee has been involved with Worldview Academy since 2009 in various leadership and faculty roles. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, August joined the team in Midland, Texas as one of Worldview Academy's full-time staff. He has now moved to Cañon City, CO to work for Worldview Crux, and has been with the team since its founding in 2014.

August has started multiple businesses in the Christian, outdoor recreation, and music industries, and has been an economics professor and marketing director for Worldview Crux. He has taught with Worldview Academy since 2017, and has also spoken nationally and internationally to young adults on worldview and leadership concepts with ministries such as Teenpact Leadership Schools and Youth With a Mission.
